Cancellation Policy

Clear, predictable cancellation terms matter especially for agent-assisted bookings, where an AI prepares the reservation on a guest's behalf. The tiers below apply to every stay.

Refund tiers

• Full refund — cancel 30 or more days before check-in.
• 50% refund — cancel 7 to 29 days before check-in.
• No refund — cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
• The service fee is refunded only on full-refund cancellations.

Cancel from your confirmation, or contact us at hello@whateverstays.example with your reservation reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
