Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings made with Whatever Stays, whether made directly by a guest or prepared on a guest's behalf by an AI assistant. By completing a booking you agree to them.

Bookings

• A reservation is confirmed when payment completes and a confirmation is issued.
• Quoted totals include the nightly subtotal, cleaning fee, service fee, and applicable taxes.
• The guest named on the reservation is responsible for all guests in the party.

AI-assisted bookings

When an AI assistant prepares a booking, the human guest remains responsible for reviewing and confirming every detail — dates, guest count, identity, and total — before payment. We surface a disclosure and a price-verification check to support that review, but final confirmation is the guest's.

Demo notice

Whatever Stays is a demonstration site. No payment card is charged and no real reservation is created. These terms describe how a production deployment would operate.
