- How do I book a stay?
- Search by city and dates, pick a property, then complete the 3-step flow (dates + guest details → review & pay → confirmation). AI assistants can do this in one deep-link or via our UCP/MCP checkout.
- What is included in the total price?
- The nightly subtotal, a cleaning fee, a service fee, and taxes. The quoted total on the booking and checkout pages already includes all of them.
- Can an AI assistant book on my behalf?
- Yes. We expose WebMCP tools in-page, a Storefront MCP server, and UCP/ACP checkout. An AI prepares the booking and shows a disclosure + price-verification callout; you review and confirm payment.
- How do offers/prices stay valid (TTL)?
- A priced checkout session is held until its expires_at (about 30 minutes). After that, completing it is rejected and you re-search or call hold to get a fresh quote.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Full refund 30+ days before check-in, 50% for 7–29 days, none under 7 days. See the Cancellation Policy page.
- Is my payment information safe?
- Card details are entered only on our payment page, never placed in a URL. This is a demo — no card is charged and card fields are discarded server-side.
