Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal information Whatever Stays collects to take a booking and how it is used.

What we collect

• Guest identity: first name, last name, and email (required to issue a confirmation).
• Stay details: property, dates, and guest count.
• Optional: phone number and any special requests you provide.

Payment data

Card details are entered on our own payment page and are never placed in a URL. In agent-assisted flows, an AI assistant only ever constructs a link carrying dates and identity — card entry is exclusively the guest's step. (In this demo, card fields are discarded server-side and nothing is charged.)

How we use it

Solely to process and confirm your reservation and to contact you about it. We do not sell personal information.

Demo notice

Whatever Stays is a demonstration site; submitted data is not persisted to a production datastore.
